Today is Mother’s Day, so all Masses today (Sunday) are for the needs of our mothers, alive and dead, especially those whose names were given in the appropriate envelopes in Church.

On Tuesday 11th May after 6pm Mass a eucharistic adoration will be held by the Apostolate of the Divine Mercy of our parish.
On Wednesday the Devotional Wednesdays of Our Lady of Mt Carmel continue, at 5.30pm the Rosary is said, and at 6pm Mass will be celebrated by Fr Juan DeBono who will talk to us about Our Lady.

On Sunday 23rd May at 9am a walk of 5 km will start from Siggiewi Square to Dar tal-Providenza. Application forms and details are available at the Siggiewi Local Council, St Nicholas Square. Participants are encouraged to donate 5 euros in aid of Dar tal-Providenza.

A scheme was recently introduced so that those who wish may give a EURO a week for the church roof expenses. Thanks to all those who gave their offering.

At the end of Masses on Mother’s Day all mothers are invited so that they will be given a FLOWER in appreciation, a gift of God for us.
